What You'll Experience
Our peak pose challenges are meant to be flexible, allowing you to do each class when it suits you and feels right. For example, you can do classes back-to-back on the same day or leave 2 or 3 days in between. It's totally up to you.
Advanced | 2 Classes
In two classes, Crista teaches you how to prepare your body for two of the more challenging arm balances that yoga has to offer, Eka Pada Koundinyasana I and II.
Both the deep stretching and strength that is needed may leave you feeling sore after Class 1, so feel free to take one or two days of rest. Also, you may want to have a block or firm pillow close by for both classes.
