Fiji and David will be working with the theme 'Embrace the Edge'. The practice of yoga invites us to embrace and be present with our limits and physical boundaries, and by learning how to continuously lean into our tension and ride the edge in our postures, we position ourselves to be ready when opening happens.
The physical sensation and focus create a level of mental presence that enables us to live fully in the moment. Embracing our edge teaches us to seek out, honor, and respect our limitations and to find the presence and power needed to eventually expand them.
During the 7 days, Fiji and David will be helping you explore and embrace the edge in your own practice through a variety of approaches, including a dynamic vinyasa-based yoga practice, yoga that pushes the physical limits of your own body and a practice that deepens your ability to relax and feel calm.
