True to description, this was great for twisting out my anxiety. I did this in the evening, but I can see this working any time of day. One minor thing to note is that the "right leg" is actually the left, at the 11 minute mark.

Tracy is just... phenomenal. I find her transitions and vinyasas to be elegant, efficient, and creative.
