    Elevate program started on 1 June 2020.
    Body response:

    Reduced neck mobility on both right and left side, although the dominant right held a stronger sensation , when turning to head. I think is the Splenious Capitis (which is responsible for same side lateral rotation + bilaterally extend head and neck).

    Strong stretch felt strongly on the right hamstring in long head of the bicept femoris , while left knee under (kneeling) right leg extended in front and torso fold on right leg binding wrist.
