Crista, I’m just soooo grateful for you and this DYWM community of great people supporting one another through positivity!

My struggle is always breaking through the self-imposed intimidation I place on the levels given to the practices. Can I ‘do’ advanced? But this week I stopped questioning. I returned to this practice each day, adding bit by bit, ‘til today I broke free of my chrysalis and travelled together with each of you towards seated paradise—weeeee! ox
