It definatley helped realease the tightness in my neck and shoulders.
FANTASTIC for tight upper arms and shoulder. I broke my upper arm (long ago!), but have always notice some tightness in my right arm/shoulder. This calm and deep exercises were very useful. I can feel the change. GRACIAS!
Just one comment, I had a hard time with my lower back all throught the sit sequence....Is there anything that can be done to release the tension in my lower back
this is a difficult class somehow.. couldnt finish it

Try doing less strong versions of the poses.
