This was my first time doing Yin Yoga. I really liked the focus on the deep stretches, very different than the muscular stretches that I'm used to. I even had a good chuckle in the middle of the practice. I have a question... that very last pose while lying on one's tummy... how are the arms positioned? Are they at shoulder height? perpendicular to the torso? or at an angle down from the torso? I found myself trying to position my elbows higher or lower and ended up with my shoulders by my ears. Maybe a camera angle from the side would help?

they are crossed, the height depends on the body. You can play with moving them up and down in tiny amounts and find your favourite spot

Nik will direct you to do what you can do without “efforting” and no more. This worked so well for me, and now that my neck and shoulders are feeling better I continue to do this practice and hope it will keep the aches away!
