I slept wrong on my neck last night, have a kink on one side limiting my normal range of motion- and this was so therapeutic for those upper back and neck muscles. It was challenging to stay present for the longer yin holds but the sequence of postures helped me to sink deeply in by the crushed branches pose. Uniquely accesses the various upper back and neck muscles. Imagine would be good before bed, promotes rest in good alignment
