A lovely class that is both energizing and relaxing!
I am 9 weeks pregnant and and have been incredibly nauseous and fatigued for about two weeks. This is my first practice since my mini-hiatus and it felt so good to be back on my mat with Julia’s straightforward and careful guidance. “Banana asana” is perfect for my growing belly and baby when some twists just don’t feel right. Thank you Julia for this yummy class!
First class with Julia and first class post-Christmas! What a great mix of stretching and balancing after a week of "shoulders up by my ears" holiday excitement. Feels so good to be back on the mat!
