Absolutely amazing and beautiful practise that provided a wonderful stretch to all parts of the body. After sitting at a desk all day, this practice is something to look forward to. Loved the challenges and felt the body really working! Thank you Julia! This is the first time I've attended your class and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I will return!
