I enjoyed this! It was actually more challenging strength-wise than I was expecting after reading the comments. I'll revisit this again for sure.
Learned a new move (eg: Pilates Push-up- eek!) and happy to have those hip opener poses as well as balancing Eagle (one of my favs)- moves helpful for someone who drives/sits a lot. I feel stretched and strengthened- Thank you Julia- nice instruction too.
PS: Absolutely love the birds singing and tweeting in the background- made for a lovely bit of Vitamin N (Nature).
