Crossing my legs at the shins instead of ankles was intense! I could hold that for only a few seconds.
I shoveled snow the last two days. This class wrung out everything that was stiff. Seriously good for hips, sides, lower back, upper back, shoulders, and chest. Nice, even slower pace to make sure you breathe openness into every inch.
