This slow-paced, gentle hatha yoga class uses a block and a bolster and plenty of modifications to help ease you into the yoga practice, calm your nerves, slow down your mind and encourage your body to relax. In Sarah's first class with DYWM, she brings her 13 years of teaching experience and certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Functional Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Pain Care Yoga into this all levels class. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home. The beautiful background music playlist is provided by Yogitunes.

Exactly what I've been hoping to find. I really hope Sarah adds more classes to DYWM. Her voice is so relaxing and helped me focus on each movement. I love all the modifications she offered. I've been practicing the intermediate videos but after months of the hardcore Fiji style workouts (which I love), my wrists, hands and shoulder began hurting. I moved back to the beginner series and thanks to David and Melissa was able to work through the pains I was having. Sarah's video is in between. I found it restorative but I felt like I was still progressing and building strength too. Please, please offer more practices in this style. I hope to see a lot more of Sarah on this site! Thank you so much for bringing new videos.

Probably the first time in an age that I've followed the voice which made for a really relaxing session. Thanks to Sarah for a sublime experience.
