This slow-paced, gentle hatha yoga class uses a block and a bolster and plenty of modifications to help ease you into the yoga practice, calm your nerves, slow down your mind and encourage your body to relax. In Sarah's first class with DYWM, she brings her 13 years of teaching experience and certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Functional Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Pain Care Yoga into this all levels class. Excellent practice! This was just what I needed. I used to have a daily yoga practice and was very flexible. I haven't done yoga in a long while and have become very stiff. This practice was perfect for helping me to get back into yoga without strain.
happy i did this video it is slow paced and very beginner friendly but she was not talking too much or distracting from the video at all, like many beginner videos often do. I did not feel like a beginner with this video I feel great and relaxed!!
