This class is Day 2 of the Activated Asana Series and helps us to activate the shoulders and upper body to have stronger and more stable foundations in arm balances.

Thank you for going into detailed instructions on chataranga. Although I've been doing them for years I think I go too fast and take short cuts. This slowed me down and helped me focus my movements.
Oh Fiji, your classes make my heart(wood) sing. :) The block as a guide for chaturanga is a game changer. I've been practicing and studying for over 10 yrs and haven't seen this before. So helpful! I've been trying to get too low all this time. Thank you. Namaste.
