This class is Day 2 of the Activated Asana Series and helps us to activate the shoulders and upper body to have stronger and more stable foundations in arm balances.

This felt amazing. Recovering from a frozen shoulder I am now at the stage where I can practice yoga again. I was worried this class would hurt but I feel great and inspired to continue building my strength back up. I used my knees when needed and still feel like I've had a thorough workout and stretch. Thank you Fiji for sharing your gifts.
After recovering from a flu bug, I found this very challenging; my arms were quivering! But it was a much needed practice to start rebuilding my strength. I love Fiji's classes!
