Maintaining your strength as you age is key to lifelong health. In this beginner practice, Guy uses his slow flow style to lead you through a series of strengthening poses aimed at maintaining your overall bodily health.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

I love guy frizwel’s classes. He gives excellent cues, and has a wonderful way of encouraging. And I also love how he draws out the word, SHAAAA-VAAH-SAA- naaa.
