Wring out the old and wring in the new in this class that is all about twists! Fiji will help you work up a sweat in this intermediate/advanced vinyasa flow that also incorporates a few fun arm balances.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 30 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Steady pacing and calm cueing through this whole practice. My stiff, tired body (after a mtn. bike ride today) definitely appreciated the twists.
