This is a great website! i learned about it at a recent retreat on Salt Spring Island. I just finished the Stillness and Stretch class and loved it however - I only had audio, not video. The cue-ing was great so I could follow along but it would be nice to see the layout for the bolsters for the forward bend. Can someone looking this? THANK YOU so much for creating this - living in rural areas its hard to get to a class, but this is perfect! Yoga ANYTIME and any class that suits my need:)
I did this class when I came down with a virus and it helped me bounce back the next day with plenty of energy. Now I do it whenever I need to recover from physical or emotional stress. Usually I fall asleep before the tape ends and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Thank you so much!
Love love your classes! Thank you many times over, Your student
I also want to thank you David, this was my first time trying a class here and it was just what I needed. What a beautiful Savasana, tears streaming down my face... I will come back to this practice many times in the future, I can use a lot of letting go. :)
