I love the flow of this one. So much release and awakening of peaceful energy! I do wonder about the universality of hip distance being "2 fists wide" as explained in the beginning of the practice. I'm a 5-ft tall petite Latina but my hips are definitely more than 2 fists wide! I like being able to use the body as a guide, but I find generalities leave out variation in proportionality. I say, trust your own body :)
