Wonderful ways of coming into deep Pigeon release!
So good for hip release, and for power in & through stillness.
And with the little right-left leg glitch made me appreciate the precision that it takes to teach in action.
Thank you Tracey!
A short but challenging practice. I love Tracey's guidance and you will not be disappointed with the stillness, movement, and sensations from this practice.
The leg direction threw me too but loved the class :-) Did it as part of the 2020 New Year Challenge (Day 3) and it was invigorating, despite being a shorter class. Packed a lot in and some sweeet stretches for my tight runners' hip joints. Thanks Tracey, I love all your classes and this challenge is a great way to start the year!
Awesome class! Wonderful pigeon!
I'd read the comments in advance so just ignored the incorrect right leg instruction and all was fine :)
