Recovering from a broken arm operation and trying to get back to exercise, this class was perfect for the core and bit of stretching.

I joined the website a little while ago but already know Kim is my favorite instructor. When I paused the video at the end, just right after the meditation I couldn't help it but notice the shine & reflection of oneness on Kim's face. If simple but true happiness of one's self can be described that would be it.
I'm going through a hard time and besides an amazingly freeing yoga session, I gained an insight of what I am searching for...
I want what Kim has and that's a sign of hope.
I will be always thankful for this Kim.
