Slow down and create space within. This class with Tracey is a gentle and dedicated focus on opening the shoulders, hips and side body to support the arm balance of bakasana, also known as crane (crow) pose, and the playful side of our practice.

This session feels shorter than the 48 minutes it's posted as. I love the low back stretching and the criss-cross movements. Whee it comes time to do Camel Pose, I am right there into it! The sound of the rushing waves is an added bonus--might have to start playing some during my other classes as well! Thanks Tracey!

When I choose a class with Tracey, it's always just what I needed. I have trouble with c7 and low back and this was a great opener for both.
