Slow down and create space within. This class with Tracey is a gentle and dedicated focus on opening the shoulders, hips and side body to support the arm balance of bakasana, also known as crane (crow) pose, and the playful side of our practice.

This class was so such a welcome surprise that I did it twice in a row. Feeling grateful, lucky and luxurious that I have this and other classes to see myself and kids through a difficult time.
