Slow down and create space within. This class with Tracey is a gentle and dedicated focus on opening the shoulders, hips and side body to support the arm balance of bakasana, also known as crane (crow) pose, and the playful side of our practice.

Thanks for the awesome class Tracey! I went into it with lots of stiffness and pain in my neck and upper back. I came out of it feeling much more relaxed, spacious, and open. Definitely saving this one!
