I thought this was a yoga series. What is imprinting? What is peel? I have no idea what she's talking about. Moving on to day 5... 🤷‍♀️

I rarely rate, but this class is underrated for sure.

This class would be easier for me if I had classes with Kathi before or if I watched the video before the class, but frankly, I am not sure who has time for the latter. The idea behind a series of classes taught by different instructors is a great one, however, some instructors need to take into account the unfamiliarity of most viewers with how they normally teach their class. This class was not as physically challenging for me as was the pace of instructions. I found breathing cues to be confusing and hard to follow. Thank you for teaching this class and I hope that our comments do help improve to plan the future challenges and courses!
