Fiji, your teaching style -- a lovely guiding voice combined with poses I am years away from perfecting -- gets me to want to keep trying instead of giving up because it is hard.
Awesome class. Going to help build strength in my runner's legs for sure! Can't wait to continue the series (but I'm going to have to at least until tomorrow!)
a 5 out of 5 as usual. I do feel very firmly planted on my feet now. In fact, I feel that my body consists primarily of the foundation, and whatever I have above the belly line is a feeble addition to the foundation :) I look forward to building up the "addition".
