I've been trying to figure out how to get more strength oriented workouts into my life since I stopped going to the gym during Covid, and this practice definitely fits the bill. Looking forward to trying the rest of the series!
One of the lessons that I've learned from your practices is to be grateful for wellness and ability, since they're not always readily there, nor should they be taken for granted. Your practices always honor whatever ability we bring to the asanas. Thank you Fiji!

Timeline means I'm a bit late. Just want to say what a challenge this was for me. I hope I can walk tomorrow. This is going to be a regular for me. I would love to be strong enough to complete it with more grace. Thankyou Fiji.
