Fiji is amazing. I love all her classes, this one for the legs in particular. Please note: Older yogis should be careful when squatting the pelvis over forced-arched toes (tucked toes). I bruised my foot doing this -- just muscle, not joints, but that position is very hard for older yogis.

Fiji does it again! Wow... my legs feel worked but also energized and balanced. I feel tremendous peace after doing strength with Fiji... and sweaty! I love it! Thank you!
Excellent workout; seems a bit difficult for level II though, or maybe I just need to work on my strength :)
