In this power yoga class with Tracey, strong roots and deep integration are explored through repetition and flow. With a focus on hands, feet and core, this practice offers familiarity and steadiness in all postures.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Great class! Loved the cueing, as always. Loved lifting and stretching the legs back one at a time. Also the shoulder shrug. Small elements, but super effective!
Oooh my sore runners' limbs really appreciated this one! Thank you Tracey for another wonderful class. I'm a little late to the Daily Dose party but have loved both classes so far, and this one was new to me. Felt really good, nice hip openers and stretches but also a really solid flow. Definitely bookmarking this one!
