In this power yoga class with Tracey, strong roots and deep integration are explored through repetition and flow. With a focus on hands, feet and core, this practice offers familiarity and steadiness in all postures.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

This is what yoga should be. Leave the mat feeling better than when you got on it. I feel so much better, loosened up and more free in body and spirit, just what I needed today - conscious movement, some different adjustments and time to stretch and breathe.
