Had a problem with the audio today. After a minute or so it would make a "fluttering" sound when David spoke. I had to stop the video and start it again several times. Restarting would solve the problem for a few minutes and then his words would become garbled again. I've not had this issue with any of the other videos on this site.

This was a little too elementary for me but good nevertheless. Actually, it's always good. I appreciate this series very much.
This is a perfect class for those new to the practice of yoga or limited mobility. Easy, gentle guidance. A great class for beginning stretching and strengthening.
