Perfectly peaceful relaxing half hour.
I have been looking for something like this. A lot of the yin videos on youtube are much too strenuous. I made the bolster out of two blankets and it worked wonderfully. Thank-you!
my dr. recommended this site as a physical therapy for my back. it'swonderful. i have never done yoga before. my back is starting to feel better
I was quite sick for over a week and was not able to get my yoga in ( had a sinus infection and found that even just a downward dog caused my head to want to explode). After a week and a half of no yoga I noticed I was having some pretty sever sciatic discomfort and found this practice and have been doing it once to twice a day for a few days and am just about good as new!
