Slow Flow: Standing Room Only
Short on time and space? In this class, you’ll be moving your entire body, leaving you refreshed and centered in just a few minutes. We’ll begin with setting an intention, and then we'll move through joint warm-ups, upper body movements, lower body movements, balancing and a final integration - all while standing.

I usually seek out the intermediate flow classes, but this class absolutely turns my day around each time I do it. I love what Guy says during tree pose: “There’s no amount of thinking that can help you; you’re just going to have to breathe and let yourself be here.” Such a good lesson for not only a balancing pose, but for some moments in life as well. Great class - try it and you will be glad you did!

thank you for the centering practice to carry me into this day. Clear, simple, and straightforward settles the mind and body. My first Guy class, but won't be my last!
