Good strength and core are built into this slow-flow practice. It's a great hour of practice on days I take breaks from power vinyasa flow classes.
What a great practice! I slept badly last night, and spent hours at the computer. This was just the right speed - invigorating but not tiring.
This is my bad attitude breaker more often than I care to admit. I love this practice.
