Hello Fiji, I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I've started yoga 10 years ago in a wonderful shala in Beijing, but eventually I had to come back home in Paris (with a baby) and while I was looking into places I could practice with a teacher, I started practicing at home with your "Fondations in flow" video, and it is still the base of my practice.
Very soon, I stopped looking elsewhere and I kept coming back to your lessons. You have been my teacher for 9 years now: helping me getting back on my mat after my first pregnancy; adding the prenatal/postnatal classes exactly in time for my second in 2014; the "Chakra flow" was my go-to classes when my father got sick and passed away; I had the "Vinyasa for Vitality" or "Morning wake-up and flow"when I was in a hurry...
But, if I kept coming back to DYWM and your classes, it's because I could feel the kindness and caring and sincerity in each of the classes and that was WHAT I was looking for in yoga. Strength to look for it in my heart and courage to see it in others.
This "Calm in the Chaos" program comes (again) right in time... I'm sure I'm not the only one to feel that way. But it's not only because of what happens in the world right now but also in my life. Transformation. Destruction and Beauty. Fear and Hope.
So after ten years of silently enjoying your guidance, I just wanted to say THANK YOU.
