This is a fast video, difficult to follow. May want to watch once before getting started, I always felt behind. Also, her voice is very demanding/commanding.

I find it helps for me to play some calming music I like underneath the video when I practice to this video. It helps relax me when I find the delivery a bit too stern. There's a great playlist on Spotify called Deep Focus if that helps. :)

Trying this was my first experience with Yoga. I currently lift weights and have always wanted to try yoga so I did this on one of my "rest" days. Wow! Very challenging, but spirits were kept high throughout exercise. The synchronization of my breathing with the fluid motions of the routine was amazing. As a man, I have always been too intimidated to walk into a yoga class, so I believe this website has really opened the doors for me to integrate yoga into my life. Thank you!
