Amazing, fantastic, no-nonsense yoga. I really love the movement that I am able to achieve through Fiji's classes and each time I do one, I can feel my progress, and feel my body getting stronger. I love how straight forward and direct she is, and she doesn't go off into elaborate tangents like some yoga instructors. I've been working my way through her classes, and this has become a quick favorite :)
