Been working on the beginner to intermediate yoga. I always find Fiji's classes really challenging. I was totally sweating during this video. I had to take a time out a time or two but in the end I was able to accomplish it. This is actually a big deal for me. I am very proud of myself. I'm improving all the time and I have more energy during the day. I'm able to carry my 6 month son around in the carrier for longer doing housework. For the first time, I went from totally laying on my stomach to a plank. Yay!

I needed something where I could do the whole flow but at the level for where I'm at right now, and this was perfect. It's been hard to find a class that offers the options for all levels. Thank you!

Best class I've done so far. That's exactly what I expect to find in the Intermediate to Advanced Power Yoga Program. And It's amazing to watch a class with students like this one, so you see different paces of the pracite. I wish there were more classes like this one! Thank you Fiji!
