Anastasia gives you a tough shoulder work-out in this 30-minute hatha yoga class, including many variations of plank pose and downward facing dog pose, while pacing the class so that you rest at the right times.

My arms are weak! I probably should do warm up exercises before doing this class again.
Definitely challenging but just what I needed!
Some wonderful challenges but I needed a few modifications, particularly on the reverse plank, where sadly I'm missing some core strength. Something to work towards and try again, more than a few times. I'll be proud when I'm stronger.
Very challenging class. I spent more time in child's pose then doing the poses as I don't have the arm strength yet.
