This practice with Josh is a strong vinyasa class to wake up your glutes. We will open and strengthen the hips in poses like half moon and side plank. Stronger options will be offered.
It was nice, but I didn't really feeel it in my gluts. So I thought maybe te next day I'll wake up and feel it, but still nothing. But it was a nice pace with good direction. Also, it is listed as intermediate II but in his opening remarks he says it is beginner to intermediate.

A nice intermediate class with good flow to it. Josh’s voice and concise instructions help so much!
