I am definitely more a yogi than a pilates person, but appreciate the getting long movements. Also liked the cue for a neutral flat b

I do find most pilates classes (at least the ones I've done) are very similar in the exercises - I assume that's just a pilates thing - and find myself getting bored. That's a reflection on me, not on Julia's lovely cueing and instructions.
-As it's posted as an Int ll the intro might want to emphasis that people new to Pilates should do a beginner foundation class to understand the breathing and positionings.
Loved it!
I love integrating Pilates into my workouts so this was a very welcome class!
