Flow to Slow
This intermediate yin/yang practice with Josh is 30 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of gentle relaxation. It's a great way to wind down your day with a good stretch and some mindful relaxation. Note: You will need two blocks for this class. A bolster is optional.

I found this to be a wonderful practice in the morning when my muscles are tight. It is gentle yet still challenging. Josh gives great cues for alternate positions. I felt very relaxed afterward. Thank you Josh!

Very interesting class which mixes active flow and gentle resting stretches. I find I prefer this approach to “pure” restorative or yin classes, which can get a bit too passive for me.
