Happy, happy, happy is all I feel after this great practice. Nice instruction too and thanks for reminding us not to scrunch our toes.
I haven't practiced yoga for a long time, and we are now at home because of COVID19. I have been carrying my stress in my shoulders and this was a perfect - and challenging! - path back to a yoga practice, reminding me exactly why I need to do this regularly.
more specifically: I especially appreciated great instruction into Triangle Pose - it is always a challenging one for me because of old fears related to past knee weaknesses.
My shoulders thank you. Anastasia's instructions are clear and allows time for me to really get into the pose with my breathing.
