An Evening Flow
This Hatha/Vinyasa yoga class is a perfect way to prepare the body for deep relaxation and a deep, restful sleep. It begins with 6 minutes of a vinyasa flow, then moves into a sequence of beautifully deep floor poses... twists, bends and deep stretches, encouraging body awareness.

I thought this class was really hard even at an intermediate level. Having easier options to do to work your way towards the more in depth poses, I had to stop and miss them all out and just stretch. I loved the warm up though. Thank you.
I've been doing your classes for around 1.5 years now as a complete beginner to yoga, and attempted this class before reading the comments and not realizing it was an Intermediate II class. (I was looking to progress a little more and had saved it as a class to attempt!) . Even though I could only do about 1/3 of the positions, I'm glad I gave it a go because I enjoyed the the sequence and just stayed in whatever part of a position I could, noticing where I was limited in my body. It reminded me that I should revist your marichyasana I and II because I think they will probably help. I remember that I tried those classes quite a few times and each time noticed an increase in my flexibility. Thank you for providing these wonderful classes. I really appreciate the care that goes into making them available to beginners such as myself.
This is one of my favorite classes; there is something in it for everybody! I do find some of the binds difficult; I just use a strap. Thank you David for this class!
