This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as part of Crista's 14-day challenge: The Elements.

I loved everything about this practice, and it sure did build heat in my body. Day 11 has brought me a mini-second in crow pose and not falling over. This challenge is bringing a much needed center and confidence with each practice. I enjoy the laughter and playfulness Crista brings!
