In this class, Crista shows you how to incorporate varun mudra (the water mudra) into an advanced flow that is all about moving seamlessly through fluid transitions, teaching you how to move with grace and integrity both on and off your mat. This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as part of Crista's 14-day challenge: The Elements.

Stupendously great class, and probably one of the most strenuous of any class I've taken at DYWM. It's a water class, but I found it very fiery! Really works up a sweat while transitioning ceaslessly from one creative posture to the next. Some highlights: crow, lots of side plank variants, lots of cool standing wide-legged flowing stuff, including a peaceful warrior right-to-left and back again flow, hanumanasana, a vishvamitrasana variation (which I kind of did on one side for the very first time, weehaw!), and a whole bunch of other poses/transitions/flowing repetitions that really are the highlight of the class. I really need to do this one a lot!
