Loved it! Thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of one legged floating birdies. One day I’ll get there and this was a light and safe place to practice.
Very nice class! I like the repetitions to start out for warming up and stretching. I also like some of the unique transitions. I used a block for some of the poses today as needed. Thank you Josh :)
