Great hamstring stretch, and the cue to use move the hip back manually was a good takeaway.
I agree with some of the other comments that the description is a bit off, there's too much talk/too much direction for an Int ll which made it hard to flow - found the class a bit busy for my taste.
The actual class doesn't start until the 3-minute mark so you can skip forward past the double intro.

High lunge has always been a balance challenge for me. I've never done a sequence like this before, where high lunges are held, and I think it will enable me to gain more confidence in the pose.
