Chair Yoga for the Lower Body
This chair yoga class teaches you how to stretch your lower body while in a chair. Sitting in a chair is often the best way to stretch and strengthen body, particularly if you're a senior, you're tight or you have a disability that makes it difficult to stand or sit on the floor for long periods.
